Howdy! My name is Jaclyn Scaramuzzo, but you can call me Jackie! I am a 2D background artist from Boston, Massachusetts currently residing in Southern California as I excitedly work in animation!
I graduated from Art Center College of Design in 2022 with a BFA in Illustration for Entertainment Arts, with a focus in background design/painting! I am extremely passionate about storytelling through painting and designing environments while exploring color, lighting, and composition to capture different moods.
When I am not being a typical artist, I am often going on adventures with friends, or staying home to indulge in my many hobbies such as crocheting, reading, gaming, and caring for my pets & plants!
